Tour de Blog…

In case you haven’t noticed, we spruced the place up a bit.  We were in need of a fresh look for the upcoming birthday, and it’s something we’ve been putting on the back burner for a while now.  Brad was the master behind the html and photoshop work, and I helped with the ideas behind the design.  It’s a good teamwork activity, right, B?

So while you get reacquainted with our new setup, let me show you a few new features.

(Now, I know that you all are bright and don’t need my redundant instructions. However, I know that changing the layout of a blog can be disorienting and I don’t want any of you to feel like "guests". You know you are always welcome to kick off your shoes, let your hair down, put your feet up, and feel right at home here!)

If you look under the header on the left-hand side you’ll see a new menu bar.  Here you can read more About our story, how to Contact us, and a permanent link to the Keepin’ It Real Rewinds. I’ll hopefully add more tabs in the near future.

If you scroll down on the right-hand column you’ll see a search bar.  You can use this to find certain topics or keywords on our blog, ie: monoamniotic twins, the almost perfect sippy cup, what kind of camera I use, what sound a giraffe makes, labtop keyboard reconstruction, and all sorts of useless helpful information!

Under the search bar you should see my Twitter updates (aka tweets).  You can also follow these updates on my twitter page.

Lastly, if you scroll all the way to the bottom you can find the Follow Us via Blogger section, our Archives, and a few misc. items.

It feels good to have a new, fresh look. Everybody needs to look good for their birthday, right?

PS Look for a little surprise to be shared tomorrow.  Hint: It has to do with a basic shape.
